He is employed as Technical Manager for the Midwest Independent System Operator, an electric utility that oversees the reliability of the power grid over much of the Midwest. He is also an adjunct on-line instructor for Bismarck State College. Bill D. Bailey, is a student in the Technology Management Ph.D. program at Indiana State University , majoring in Quality Systems. He graduated with a BA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and received his M.S. in Industrial Systems from North Carolina A&T State University. He has worked in the manufacturing industry, training and development, consulting and b e e n a t B o w l i n g Green State University since 1984 where he is founding Professor of the Applied Quality Science curricular option and founding Executive Director of the Center for Quality Measurement and Automation (CQMA). His scholarly work has been in the fields of quality and me-trology, primarily oriented toward manufacturing. He also has professional interests in technology as general education, change, electronic delivery of information and education and the preparation of technologists as leaders. Collectively he has published or co-published over 50 papers in various journals. Jenny Xia (Jingqing Xia) is a Quality Engineer at Vectron International, Inc. Jenny is a Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) from America Society for Quality (ASQ). She is an active member of Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA), was secretary of Heartland Chapter in 2002 and 2003. She earned a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and holds a BSEE from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She currently is pursuing a Ph.D. degree with a specialization in Quality Systems from the department of Technology Management at Indiana State University. Suhansa Rodchua has a Ph.D. in Technology Management program from Indi-ana State University, majoring in Quality Systems. She graduated with a BBA from Thammasat University, Thailand and received her Master's degree in Industrial Management from Central Missouri State University (CMSU). Presently , she works as an on-line course developer, adjunct professor, and quality web editor at CMSU.
